JUNIORS MARTIAL ARTS LESSONS.

Our Junior students have a fun and active time starting from the ages of 5 in our starter class, where each class teaches Shotokan Karate, Judo and Kickboxing but with our Junior students we like to give them something extra we provide a programme alongside the martial arts called skills for life.

Skills for life program takes 12 words one word is giving to them over a 5/6 week period and they take this home  and use it in every day life eg Helping others. These words help them to build confidence,discipline, self motivation, team work and many more. We are the only club that gives children a way of improving themselves in and out of school.

ADULTS MARTIAL ARTS/SELF DEFENCE AND SURVIVAL TRAINING.

Our adult training is very unique we teach many different styles and combine them into one art. We combine all of these into pressure points system of fighting. Presuure points enables you to take an opponent that is three times yoursize down with only using 10% percent of your strength. Aswell as Classes in self defence, we offer many other classes from full contact fighting, how to survive and be confident  courses all of which help you to be safe in the streets or anywhere at any given time.

We are always changing and finding new ways to add somerthing to our style we believe that no art is better then any other we believe that every art if worked with each other is more better in self defence. This art we do is used in the American police and American Army and is starting slowly in our police.
